Coming soon! Short, effective workouts you can do at home or in a gym! We know many people don’t have the time or the desire to spend hours in a gym doing boring cardio and not seeing results. As a group fitness instructor, I believe the best workouts are no more than 30 – 40 minutes from warm-up to cool down, and so do my students! I will share my favorite playlists. Each workout will end with grounding savasana after cool down to re-set your mind, body and soul in gratitude.
